About Me.

As a dance movement psychotherapist and dance artist, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of age groups, from children and young adults to adults and seniors. Each of these experiences has been deeply enriching, offering me invaluable insights into the unique ways that people connect with movement at different stages of life. Through facilitating therapeutic movement sessions, I have witnessed the profound impact that dance can have—unlocking self-expression, fostering personal growth, and enhancing overall well-being.

Working with such a diverse clientele has taught me to adapt my approaches with sensitivity and care, tailoring each session to meet the specific needs and developmental stages of those I work with. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the transformative power of dance and movement therapy, affirming its ability to nurture connection, healing, and empowerment across the lifespan.

As a creative practitioner, I have also explored the intersection of dance and other art forms through collaborative projects. During my time with ChampdAction.LAbO in Antwerp, Belgium, I had the opportunity to create and perform installation-based works alongside a multidisciplinary team of artists. One of my most notable creations during this period was *Árnyék*, performed in 2019. Beyond installation work, I have developed site-specific performances and directed movement films in Singapore as part of SCAPE Dance/Cava in 2020 and 2021.Each of these creative endeavours has allowed me to expand my artistic practice while continuing to explore how movement can tell stories, evoke emotions, and inspire connection.
