In my clinical work, I place great importance on adhering to safeguarding principles and following data protection guidelines. As a dance movement psychotherapist and dance artist, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals spanning various age groups, including children, young adults, adults, and seniors. This diverse range of experiences has enriched my understanding and skills in facilitating therapeutic movement sessions. Through these interactions, I have witnessed the profound impact that dance and movement can have on individuals of different ages, fostering self-expression, personal growth, and overall well-being. This broad spectrum of clientele has allowed me to adapt and tailor my approaches to meet the unique needs and developmental stages of each individual, deepening my appreciation for the transformative power of dance and movement therapy across the lifespan.
